What does the PDF schedule look like?

Events are listed in chronological order, each with date, start and end time, summary, location, organizer, attendees, and description. The desktop converter also offers a daily, weekly, or monthly grid layout.

Are recurring events expanded?

Yes. RRULE recurrence rules are expanded so every occurrence in the file's date range appears in the PDF. You can cap the date range in the desktop version to avoid runaway expansions of indefinite series.

What about time zones?

VTIMEZONE blocks are respected. Each event shows the time in its declared zone. The desktop version can also normalize everything to a single chosen zone for cross-region scheduling.

Will attendees and organizer survive?

Yes. ORGANIZER and ATTENDEE fields appear in the per-event block with name and email. The PDF can be redacted afterwards if you need to share publicly.

Can I produce PDF/A for archival?

Yes. The desktop converter writes PDF/A-1b or PDF/A-2b for records-management systems and audit workflows.

Will Google Calendar exports work?

Yes. Google Calendar exports each calendar as a .ics file via Settings > Import & Export. The output is standard RFC 5545 and converts cleanly.

Are alarms and reminders included?

VALARM blocks are summarized in the event description as a short note ("reminder: 15 min before"). The PDF itself cannot trigger an actual notification.
